Do I need a solicitor?
Bluerock clients have access to a recommended solicitor who transacts on all property transactions to allow a seamless purchasing process for investors across the globe. Using your own solicitor can create delays with the purchase process as our recommended solicitors have already done their due diligence.
Which mortgage broker to use?
We recommend using our preferred broker who has specialist product knowledge of the properties available. Naturally, our broker has worked on similar projects before for Bluerock clients, so they can give you an accurate reflection on what to expect.
Where are your properties?
Our properties are in across the North West, North East, Midlands, Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire & Lincolnshire. We choose to operate in these areas due to the high capital growth and yield which outperforms many other locations in the country and also many other investments outside of property.
How do you handle specific investor needs?
We work with investors around the world from all walks of life, we understand it’s not easy to find the right opportunity, that’s why Bluerock Developments is a trusted investment partner by many investors to take the pain away by saving time and allowing investors to leverage our experience and contacts to find the right opportunity. How can you help my property search?
We help by providing property investment advice to new and experienced established property investor. Each opportunity is carefully selected with thorough due diligence to ensure our clients acquire high performing off market investment properties.
What criteria do you follow for property sourcing?
We offer our clients opportunities where there is strong demand, in some cases the properties are government backed with a guaranteed rent contract which is an extremely secure method of investing in property. Alternatively, as another example, we have portfolio’s of property in prime student locations within walking distance to the universities.
